1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Community Ripple ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Community Ripple is operated by Community Ripple, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Community Ripple is a group purchasing coordination platform that connects homeowners in the same geographic area who need the same home services (such as gutter cleaning, lawn care, pressure washing, and similar services). By grouping neighbors together, we facilitate access to discounted pricing from local service contractors.

Community Ripple does not itself provide home services. We are a technology platform that coordinates demand and connects homeowners with contractors. All service work is performed by independent third-party contractors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a homeowner or resident with authority to arrange home services at the address you provide. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Platform, you must provide a valid email address and home address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Ripples — How They Work

A "Ripple" is a group purchasing event where multiple homeowners in the same geographic area coordinate to receive the same home service at a discounted rate. By joining or starting a Ripple, you understand and agree that:

• Participation in a Ripple does not guarantee service will be performed
• Discount levels depend on the number of neighbors who join
• Community Ripple will share your contact information with matched contractors for the purpose of fulfilling the Ripple
• Final pricing and service terms are determined between you and the contractor
• Community Ripple is not a party to any service agreement between you and a contractor

6. Contractor Relationships

Contractors who fulfill Ripples are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Community Ripple. We do not control, supervise, or direct the work of contractors. Community Ripple makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by contractors.

You agree to conduct your own due diligence when engaging with contractors, including verifying licenses, insurance, and references as appropriate.

7. Sharing of Information

By joining or starting a Ripple, you consent to Community Ripple sharing your name, email address, and service address with contractors matched to fulfill that specific Ripple. This sharing is limited to the purpose of service fulfillment and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information about your identity or address
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or contractors
• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the Platform's matching or discount systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Platform are the property of Community Ripple, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COMMUNITY RIPPLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RIPPLES WILL RESULT IN COMPLETED SERVICES OR SPECIFIC DISCOUNT LEVELS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMUNITY RIPPLE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES ARRANGED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Community Ripple, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with contractors.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
